Resort Modern Estate
This home owner took her Balinese-inspired estate off the market (after it failed to sell) and then hired Isa Bird to redo all the gardens and to bring them up to the quality and beauty of the custom-built home. We designed a custom reflection pool and infinity fountain in the entry courtyard to make a spectacular first impression and we used drought-tolerant plants that felt lush and tropical across the property. We designed new pool cabana furniture and accessories to complete the garden overhaul. After putting the home back on the market, the estate sold quickly.
