California Bungalow Dream
After this charming 1930’s bungalow underwent a full interior remodel, we helped transform the entire property into fresh, design-forward spaces that work as good as they look. Modern meets classic California from the patterned Spanish-inspired cement tile on the new front steps to field-dug heritage olive trees to the black iron French doors, to the new lighting, tricked out kitchen island and bar, and patterned dining patio. We hid tall neighboring homes and a guest cottage ADU with lush hedge and olive tree screening to create a secret oasis under the string lights and by the glowing fire.
